Product Description
The Micom Water Boiler & Warmer features four keep warm temperature settings; 140°F, 175°F, 195°F and 208°F. Its energy-saving timer function (6-10 hours) automatically turns on the boiler at a later time to save electricity, and the caf drip dispensing mode allows slower dispensing. Other features include one-touch electric dispensing system for easy dispensing and an easy-to-read LCD display that shows actual water temperatures at all times.

Having purchased this to replace a much older water boiler/warmer I have to say that I'm very impressed by the features. The non-stick inner coating seems to be working really well and I've had a minimum of minerals left on the inside which have been easy to wipe off. The variable water temperature settings are very convenient, as is the alarm sound (although it's a little startling at first!) Overall the thing that's been the nicest surprise is how little water loss this suffers, I can leave it on day and night and even if I don't use it for several days the water level stays about the same instead of losing a lot to steam!
If I had to change anything, I guess I could wish that they offered different color options, but I've really been loving it!

I ordered this Zojirushi CD-WBC30 on 12 Feb and received it on 18 Feb with free shipping. It replaced an older Zojirushi model that still heats great, but was cycling too often to maintain temperature. Not bad for a 9 year old heater that was plugged in 24/7. The only reason I didn't give it a "5" is that the timer is not programable. With the touch of a buttom you can shut it off for 6,7,8,9 or 10 hours, and it will resume operation at the end of that period. This function would be much more useful if I could program it to shut off daily at midnight, and resume heating at 6AM. Zojirushi, are you listening?

Works great, hot water whenever i want it. We had one at my last job, and when I needed one for home I went with what I was familiar with. This works great, solid construction and great quality. Only complaint is the loud song that is played when the water is reboiled. There is probably a way to turn that off in the very extensive instruction manual though, I haven't looked into it.

I am a tea enthusiast. I saw this item in the 4L capacity on the website where I buy my tea for $150! It was so convincing that for the longest time I was prepared to buy at that price. When I realized that this item was not exclusively made for that company I checked on Amazon. The 4L was much less than $150. Then I saw the 3L. Then I realized I can buy it used for $75.99. I bought the used 3L water dispenser and it arrived so quickly. I opened it expecting a little scratches here and there. The product is pristine!! It makes my nightly and morning cups of tea effortless!! I'm so excited to get to my kitchen and make a cup of tea. I even used the water for my oatmeal this morning and it worked like a charm. I hope to have this product in my kitchen for a loooong time.

Our previous water boiler was a Panasonic, and it required constant cleaning and repair.
This Zojirushi boiler is in a different league. Very high quality, and has been in constant trouble free use for a couple of months.
An excellent product and well worth the cost.
